Cabernet Franc - Noiret
A re-release of this 2007 wine which has matured into a real beauty! Strikingly similar to the dark red wines of Southwestern France. Spicy pepper from the Noiret grape combined with green pepper notes from the Cabernet Franc. A perfect flavor combination in a wonderfully soft, aged wine texture. Unfiltered and unfined natural wine.
Frontenac
Bursting with blackberry and sour cherry notes, this wine has matured into the holy grail of wine texture: simultaneously vibrant and smooth. Our best Frontenac since 2007 and a real delight with spicy cuisine, summer BBQ or on its own with ahrd cheeses. Unfiltered and unfined natural wine.
Seyval Blanc/Riesling
Refreshing crisp wine with flavors of fresh cut lemon and grapefruit. It is medium bodied and bone dry with vivacious acitity and an inviting finish. Great with mild fresh cheese or pairs perfectly with any seafood or shellfish. Think scallops, oysters or seafood francaise. Unfiltered and unfined natural wine.
Seyval Blanc / Cayuga White
Crisp with a delicate flavor and some real depth of fruit, peach and pear. Fermentation notes add complexity. Nice round finish and fullness that can pair with many foods. a real winner at the table. Unfiltered and unfined natural wine.
Ridge White
Fresh, vibrant wine with the unmistakable fruitiness of American native grapes and the liveliness and minerality of Seyval Blanc. A great wine for lunch and light dinners that will remind you of our Hudson Valley vineyards. Unfiltered and unfined natural wine.
Noiret

Merlot-Fronenac
Very complete flavor profile from the deepest, richest purple fruits on the Frontenac side to the bright red zestiness of the Merlot side. Fermentation comes wthrough with a varoriness that finishes the wine and makes it very food friendly. Nothing havy or jammy here. The alcohol is completely buried in the fruit and the wine remains cool and juicy. Unfiltered and unfined natural wine.
Merlot
From Long Island fruit, this merlot beautifully displays the advantages of gentle wine making. A soft luscious palate whih are the characteristics so highly valued in the merlot grape. The wine has a mint note in the nose and finishes with a refined minerality. Unfiltered and unfined natural wine.
Seyval Blanc
Aromas of honeysuckle and citrus, a crisp yet richly soft wine with extraordinary textures, a light refreshing flavor and a slightly nutty finish. Perfect for summertime sipping. Will easily pair with any hard cheese. Unfiltered and unfined natural wine.
Ridge Rosé, Lemberger Blend
